What is your returns policy?

How do i order?

Log in to register quickly and easily, to start shopping with us.  You will be emailed an automated password to access your newly created account in the first instance.  Thereafter, you can change this password to a more memorable one of your own choosing.

What about gift-wrapping?

We love gift-wrapping! In fact everything that leaves the Brownberry shop is wrapped prettily at no additional cost to you. If you're sending something to a friend, we are happy to put a note in on your behalf and leave out the invoice / packing slip.

Can you send orders to multiple addresses?

Sorry, but we cannot split an order placed, to send to multiple addresses.  You would need to place a separate order for each delivery address.


Payments are accepted online via credit or debit card and Paypal.  If you are having difficulty, then please contact us on 01603 788038 Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.00pm to place your order over the phone using a debit or credit card.

Colour accuracy

We try to ensure the yarn colours we display are as true to life/accurate as possible.  Please be aware that colours can vary according to different monitors and devices. 

yarn/pattern recommendations

We use our practical experience and technical knowledge where possible, to suggest or recommend suitable alternative yarns and/or patterns.  You are responsible for checking the viabilty of these alternatives for your chosen project, such as tension and yarn quantity.  We cannot be held responsible for any problems arising from following these alternatives.
